We are looking for a Business Development Manager who will be responsible for selling TCS' services/tools to named clients. We are looking for an experienced Sales leader for Nordics region who has experience of working on Agile projects.

Key responsibilities;

Lead the sales and business development activities for Jile though internal TCS Networking with existing accounts.
Look for newer clients for Jile adoption.
Develop New Business for Jile
Manage P&L
Manage acquired relationship with the customers
Manage accounts and ensure happy customer
Work together with account managers and partners to establish and understand customer requirements for Jile adoption
Actively engage with prospects to position company's Jile platform
To be the single point of contact for Jile related topics in the Nordics region.
Bringing in thought leadership and value addition to business growth opportunities by providing appropriate solution with optimal, risk averse governance and adoption plan
Prepare and Deliver Solution presentations and effectively communicate technical answers to customer queries on the proposed solution
Maintain solid technical understanding of product in conjunction with business benefits.
Creates formal networks with key decision makers in assigned accounts.

10+ years of IT industry experience out which at least 5 years of IT Services sales, pre-sales and delivery
Leading engagements and developing solutions for clients
Project delivery in Manufacturing and Retail, preferred
Fluency in English
Agile knowledge - Should have in-depth knowledge of Agile methodology
Knowledge of different Agile frameworks
In-depth knowledge of the Jile tool
Business Development
Relationship Management, Account Management
P&L Management
Experience of working in multicultural environment
Multi-industry experience: Wide experience across different industries such as Banking, Insurance, Manufacturing, Retail, Energy etc
Sales Skills: Extensively worked on project proposals and oral presentations
Understand the needs and trends in the Nordic market and tailor TCS's tool (Jile) for the Nordic market
