everyone. Stix.to is privately owned company with IQUBE Holding as a
shareholder. That means we have Business / Marketing Coaches supporting us for
our product and business development. The Business Development Junior Analyst
will work in cooperation with the Business / Marketing Coaches from IQUBE and
will be the bridge between business coaches, the software development team and
the clients (users). Beside these responsibilities, since Turkey is the
second largest language on Facebook, and a strategic country to get into the
middle east, we want to have our Junior Analyzer responsible of Middle East and
Turkish Market from today and be future Business Manager of that region in the
future. The job is located in Stockholm but might need traveling to Turkey,
Eastern Europa and Middle East. Stix.to employs different nationalities and the
language we use internally is English. Beskrivning av arbetsuppgifter:
In close cooperation with our development team and Business Coaches from
IQUBE: --coordinate the activities and tasks of involved parties.
• -plan, organize and prioritize time and workload in order to accomplish
tasks and meet deadlines. --compose and produce reports, documents and
related material --develop and maintain applicable professional contacts,
resources and /or networks, with a special emphasis on Turkey. --develop and
maintain close contacts with students and student organizations. --aid in
the selling process and network building with potential partners.
• -understand the needs of users and be the bridge between the IT division
and business needs. Beskrivning av kvalifikationer: --
Approximately 2 years software development experience with C#.NET, SQL --
Ability to travel to Turkey and Middle East when needed. -- Degree in
Computer Science, Electronics or Telecommunication. Interest in
business-development is a must. -- Educated in Entrepreneurship and an
interest in working with a startup company. -- Strong understanding of the
software development process. -- Ability to communicate with both IT and
Business people. -- Have a strong interest in Business Development. --
Proven ability to work independently and as a team member. -- Ability to be
flexible and work in a problem-solving environment. -- Excellent
communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills. -- Strong
organizational, multi-tasking, and analytical skills. -- Excellent
negotiation and collaboration skills -- Excellent representative and network
skills. Have a talent for selling -- Preferably have experience with using
OpenOffice or StarOffice. -- Using and understanding of online and offline
(social) networks, blogs, and social media on the Internet. Having experience
with blogging for at least one year is a plus. -- Fluency (including
Technical and Business terminology) in English and Turkish is a requirement.
Knowledge of Swedish and Arabic is a plus. Stix.to is a startup
company, and as such will have a negative cashflow for the first years. Our
financing comes from external investors. As an employee of Stix.to, you must be
prepared that the wage will be considerably lower than average in the industry
at start. But if the company can develop as we expect, this will be offset by.
