The role
As we are growing, we are happy to announce that we need to expand our business development team.
Job responsibilities include:
End-to-end responsibility for the entire sales process; including prospecting lead generation, meeting new clients, presenting our offers, drafting contracts, negotiating and closing business
Build and manage your own client portfolio
Arrange and visit relevant exhibitions and other client events as well as work with lead generation and campaigns
Deliver monthly and yearly sales targets
To know the software experts (consultants) of tretton37, in order to be able to find "the right" projects and assignments for them.

About you
You enjoy networking and to interact with both clients and consultants on a daily basis. You are a good listener, who wants to understand the client's business and challenges to be able to create value. You are someone who likes to offer premium services. You are driven by closing deals which create value for your colleagues and clients.
To succeed in this role we believe that you have:
Relevant experience from B2B sales within IT development and software projects
Proficient in the Swedish and English language in order to develop communication, proposals and contracts
