Challenges with security are something that we struggle with daily in society at large. Burglary, vandalism, and other crimes cause serious consequences for both businesses and individuals. We at Flasheye have developed a technology that detects deviations before serious damage can occur. Flasheye was founded to address problems and consequences arising from lack of control using LiDar-technology. More and more people see the potential in using 3D laser monitoring to increase safety and quality and that is where our growth starts. We are in a strong growth phase and need to expand our team in Luleå with an employee with overall responsibility for our business development.

We at Flasheye are a committed and tight-knit team and with us the decision-making paths are short and your ability to influence how we work as a company becomes considerable. As business developer at Flasheye you will support our business development, sales and customer management. You will work both with national and international customers and travelling will occur in the position. You will be an ambassador for Flasheye and our products and will also be involved in product launches and marketing. We see a future in working with partner-networks where you will have primary responsibility.
Your profile:
We believe that you have a strong inner drive, it feels natural for you to plan your own working days and you usually stay positive, even in tougher situations. Customer-satisfaction is high on the priority list for you, and you often go the extra mile to achieve this. Furthermore, we believe that you are an effective listener, which means that you quickly understand clients' operations and problems. You also have an easy way of presenting information and keeping others up to date.
Your background:
To succeed in this role, we believe you have experience from relevant industries (industry, armed forces, security, etc). It is advantageous if you have previous sales experience, but you may also have gained experience doing business in other ways. If you have previous experience as a consultant, we also think you would enjoy this role. As the role involves travelling, you need a driver's licence. You also need to be able to speak Swedish and English fluently.
