Core responsibilities:
• Contribute to the company's business and development
• Work on the company's long-term business plan with the aim of realizing sales targets for new businesses
• In collaboration with the sales management and technology group, initiate and lead new business solutions towards the market
• Assist in defining project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Develop effective and professional business relationships and collaborations with external partners, with the aim of strengthening the company's competitiveness and profitability.
• Based on defined needs, together with the customer to run development projects both at the initial stage and during the implementation phase.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for successful execution of projects
• Ensure all business development projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress
• Manage changes to project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Delegate project tasks to internal teams
• Track project performance to track short and long term goals
• Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs
Required skills:
• High School Diploma and practice within the healthcare sector
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• Excellent communication skills
• Proactive and collaborative team-player
