hela Sverige Key responsibilities as Business Controller:
• Owner/Driver of target setting and budget processes & tools
• Owner/Driver forecasting process
• Revenue assurance and reporting
• Provide financial/commercial support to the entire organization
• Work with CFO to design and implement operational and financial KPI's
• Sales and margin analysis
• Actuals vs budget and trend analysis, whole P&L
• Participates in month- and quarter end closings
• Owner / driver of BI system
• Process improvements and ad hoc tasks
Skills, knowledge and expertise
A successful candidate has a BSc or MSc in Finance or Accounting and a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience of which at least two as a Business Controller or other relevant commercial role. You have experience from using BI and ERP systems. You have excellent skills in the MS office package in general, and with Excel in particular. Excellent English skills as well as fluency in Swedish are required. Previous experience in an international environment is a plus.
