Exciting challenges:
We are currently searching for an analytical and driven Business Controller to join the Swedish Finance team, based in the Swedish Spånga Office (Stockholm). Possibly an international local transfer.
The main responsibilities will include Financial and commercial responsibilityfor Swedish legal entity. Monthly, quarterly and annual reporting of the results of different Target Markets with and to improve operations and affect business growth.
The role reports to Head of Finance Sika Sweden.
As the position holder you will have these specific responsibilities:
Responsible for closing and "OpRep" reporting
Leveraged business controlling knowledge into
TM organisations.
Creating analysis instruments to measure the efficiency of TMs result.
Ensuring forecast, business plan and documentation for external audits.
Development of BI reports, according to local needs.
Financial and business support incl analysis of products and customers.
Budget and forecast
Costing of products, IC prices, CNWC (cash net working capital) management
Investments
Margin Analysis incl. variances
Cost management
Factory controlling and reporting
Inventory and Stock Taking
Involvement in diverse projects with focus on efficiency.
Project management within area of responsibility (New BI reports)
Company policy guard.
To do well in this position, we believe the following qualifications are required:
Higher education within Finance or equivalent professional experience
Proven track records within controlling and/or Finance min 5 years
Excellent skills in Excel and SAP
Good knowledge of Swedish and English, in speech and writing,
On the personal level, the ideal candidate has an analytical talent with a high focus on details. Another crucial competency is the ability to administrate and to be able organize and prioritize as the area of responsibilities is covering a wide range of tasks. Due to the nature of position, high integrity, flexibility and an ability to communicate in a timely and proactive manner is also needed.
