To excel really well in this position we expect you to be analytical and have the ability to see relations between business activities and financials. You need a high working capacity with ability to deliver accurately and timely. Your drive and ability to take initiatives will be highly valued. We expect you to tick these boxes:
• Bachelor's degree in finance or engineering
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience of business controlling, auditing or transaction services (we'd love to hear from you if you've been part of a major accounting or consulting firm)
• Solid finance competence
• Solution oriented, curious, prestige-less and dedicated mindset
• Value responsibility, fast pace teamwork and straightforward communication
• Have the motivation to constantly improve and achieve targets.
• Great communication skills
• Strong Excel skills
• Strong English skills, both spoken and written
