We are looking for a Business Controller to strengthen our Controlling team to support our business and organization globally. In this position you will work with a broad scope of tasks within controlling with a global responsibility for one of our business units.
The position is placed in Vika, Falun and you report to CFO.
Your responsibilities
• Coordinate and prepare budgets and budget/forecast process
• Follow up and analysis of financial performance
• Prepare and communicate internal financial reports
• Perform project follow-up
• Provide analytical support to Senior Management in order to enhance decision-making process
• Contribute to business unit strategy and objectives
• Support with various financial tasks to improve the perfomance of the finance function
The successful candidate will have the following profile
Education & Job experiences:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or similar
• Preferably 3+ years' experience of accounting and/or controlling
Desired experience:
Experience from manufacturing industry in an international environment.
Personal skills:
• Analytical with ability to analyse, compile, research and interpret data
• Good communication skills with ability to explain financial data to non-financial colleagues
• Team oriented and flexible
• Well organized, highly motivated for the job and with a service minded attitude
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Swedish
