Dellner Couplers in Vika, south of Falun, is an expansive and international company that delivers sustainable, innovative and high-quality products and services to train operators and train builders worldwide. Our products consist of couplers, gangways and crash management systems for the railway industry.
In this position you will work with a broad scope of tasks within controlling with a global responsibility. Focus will be on our unit for Product Realization which includes Operations (Production & Logistics), Engineering, Project management and Procurement.
The position is placed in Vika, Falun.
Your role
• Coordinate and prepare budgets and budget/forecast process
• Follow up and analysis of financial performance
• Prepare and communicate internal financial reports
• Perform project follow-up
• Provide analytical support to Senior Management in order to enhance decision-making process
• Contribute to Product Realization strategy and objectives
• Support with various financial tasks to improve the performance of the finance function
We assume
• You have a Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or similar
• You have 3+ years' experience of controlling, preferably production-oriented controlling from a manufacturing industry in an international environment
• You have strong analytical skills
• You are fluent in spoken and written English and Swedish

• Well organized, highly motivated for the job and with a service minded and flexible attitude
