www.ikanobank.comIkano Bank is looking for a Business Controller with good experience from and strong interest in IT-cost management. IT is an important part of the bank and you will work close to the IT-management team to support in understanding and control IT cost drivers. You will have a key role in setting budget and plans for IT as well as in analyzing and reporting on our IT performance. The role is part of the Central Finance function and you will report to the Head of Business Control. The position is located in Lund.
Main responsibilities and tasks will include:
• Be a proactive and engaged finance partner supporting the IT-management team
• Develop a good understanding of the cost drivers within IT and proactively suggest and drive actions/projects to improve cost efficiency
• Perform easy to understand management reporting and performance follow up on IT
• Secure accuracy in reported figures
• Run the IT-budget and forecast process and ensure appropriate follow up
• Proactively suggest and implement efficient ways of working within the controlling team
• Participate in and/or lead projects related to analyzing and controlling the business
• Engage in maintaining a good working sprit within the controlling function as well as in the relationship to IT and other functions throughout the business area and group functions
Candidate profile
You have a university degree in business administration and economics with 5-10 years of working experience as controller and/or accountant in an operational function. You have experience of cost allocation methods and product cost calculation and you are used to work in an international environment and matrix structure. The successful candidate is fluent in both oral and written English and you have good knowledge/ability to assimilate accounting systems and analyze-tools.

You are committed and self-driven and have a ?hands on mindset?. It's also important that you are analytic and structured and that you have a drive towards continuous improvement.
