We are looking for a Business Controller for our Stockholm facility
Your Role
In this role you will work as Business Controller at our RCS Division (Rail Control Solutions). You will find yourself in a wide role working with everything from managing master data and implementing finance guidelines to leading finance processes and expense controlling and having the site controlling responsibility for Sweden. The role covers RCS Region 2, which includes Northern Europe and Russia.
You will
• Support regional and local management in the commercial control of their department?s expenses controlling on the basis of a business-oriented financial analysis.
• Act as technical leader of all controlling-processes within the region and take ownership of all related tools.
• Implement RCS-financial guidelines for accounting & controlling of projects, expenses etc.
Your Challenges
• Be responsible for compilation of the Actuals Regional Financial Information on a monthly basis and analysis on the variances (from budget & latest forecast).
• Be responsible for regional coordination of forecast, budget & strategic plan.
• Be responsible for master data maintenance.
• Assure site controlling for site Stockholm.
• Be responsible for the preparation of the cash reporting and expense controlling for Region 2.
• Ensure that all finance related processes are properly implemented and guidelines are provided to all finance employees in Region 2.
Your Experience and Qualifications
To succeed in this role you need to fulfill the following criteria's:
• University degree in business administration with major in finance, accounting and controlling.
• At least five years experience from a similar role.
• Solid experience from business controlling, preferably in a project environment.
• Experience from working in an international environment.
• It's an advantage if you have experience from accounting.
• Fluent Swedish and English skills.
As a person you need to have a hands on approach with a strong drive for result and a customer focus. You also need to be analytical and strategic and have attention to details.
