Role Summary/Purpose

The Risk Management team is working with Security, Crisis Management, Business continuity, Fire prevention and other projects to mitigate risks. To strengthen our capability to support the core business we are now looking for a Business Continuity Advisor.
Essential Responsibilities
The BCA will work with directors and managers across the Swedish business to enhance our business continuity program and our crisis management capabilities.
The BCA will be reporting to the Security and Business continuity Manager for GE Healthcare, Sweden who is leading the Risk Management team.
Primary responsibilities
• Support directors and managers in Business continuity planning and crisis management issues
• Business continuity planning such as Emergency Response Planning, Risk Assessment and Business Impact Analysis
• Maintain and enhance Business continuity documentation, Implementation, Training and Testing
• Maintain, coordinate and implement new methods to enhance the security of supply
• Support various teams in Business continuity related activities and processes
Secondary responsibilities
• Responsible for Crisis Management documentation
• Crisis management awareness and preparedness training
Qualifications/Requirements
• Documented advanced Business Continuity Management and/or Disaster recovery planning skills.
• Experience in Crisis Management and/or Emergency response.
• 4 - 10 years of work experience
• Work experience in a Global organization will be preferred

The BCA should have integrity and strong leadership qualities.
The BCA should have strong analytical skills, be customer focused and likeable.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications/Desired Characteristics
International work experience preferably in an English speaking environment
Qualities
It is desired that the BCA can work independently but also is a strong team player. The BCA should be action oriented and have good presentation skills.
The BCA will be based in Uppsala, Sweden.
