About the position as Business Area Manager
In this role you will become part of a driven team who live and breathe sales and big business. As one of three Unit Managers within the Trade department you will work hands on with our daily business - from purchase to logistics and sales. In addition, you continuously work on developing and streamlining your processes and routines. To be successful in the position as Unit Manager, you are a confident leader with focus on customers, business, employees and results.
Service-minded and with an urge to solve problems, you establish excellent commercial relationships with clients and you travel on a regular basis. You ensure to keep an ear to the ground and eyes open to be up-to-date with industry and new business opportunities.
We are looking for you who...
• spreads energy like fireworks! Your enthusiasm is contagious, and you have a knack for getting things done. In structured and resourceful ways, you solve problems and find new approaches to move things forward. Your way of communicating has a given direction: straight forward. You jump on every opportunity to exercise your negotiation skills, even when visiting a market on holiday or selling stuff on Blocket. You love trading!
Our wishes:
• Proven experience working with sales and/or trading
• Excellent English and Swedish (big plus if you speak more languages)
• Not afraid to dig in and do whatever is needed to reach your targets
• Exquisite social skills, and an ability to create trust quickly
• Market driven and strategic
