As a Business Architect you will engage in critical end to end business challenges in different parts of Ericsson. The Business Architect uses a
consultative approach alongside deep business understanding to guide business decisions on a senior/executive level. The Business Architect is
our dedicated ambassador in selected engagements in Digital Transformation Office, Business Areas, Market Areas and Functional Areas. It is all
about making sure that selected engagements will deliver superior stakeholder and customer experience alongside improving the employee experience. You act as our spokesperson towards business and cooperate with our senior experts in the Enterprise Architect team to make sure we deliver scalable and secure end-to-end business flow architecture.
Detailed Summary of the Enterprise Process Management unit
Enterprise Process Management build, implement, operate and maintain a Global process management function for the Ericsson Group. We work in close cooperation with; Digital Transformation Office, Business Areas, Market Areas and Functional Areas to structure business objectives into value flows. We translate and connect customer journeys and people journeys into our overall architecture landscape. The purpose of the unit is to enable business transformation through our digitalization architecture. This responsibility includes Process and Business Architecture. We continuously establish and evolve the Ericsson business capability map to give decision makers and management visibility of the capabilities needed to transform. Enterprise Process Management is an integrated part of the Enterprise Architecture function.
Responsibilities & Tasks
Assess if project-based business objectives are aligned with overall Ericsson strategy
Assess architectural impact from business objectives
Analyze and explain transformation overall impact on business capabilities and underlying structures
Translates business requirements into an overall target architecture (incl,information, process and technology)
Define and improve business capabilities
Review and manage Process performance
Ensure adherence to common Frameworks Standards
Utilize Analytic and Trend / Insights Skills
Complexity Reduction for Project Support / Workshop Leading
Be an Information structure and content Gatekeeper
Drive Efficiency Gains (Improvements and Automation)
Core Competences
