Your mission
As the Business and Operational Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and enhancing operational efficiency across our organization. Your strategic mindset, coupled with your exceptional leadership skills, will play a vital role in shaping our future success. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, senior management, and external stakeholders to identify new business opportunities, together with management team develop innovative strategies, and implement effective operational processes.
Your main tasks and responsibilities will be to:
Execution in line with our cross-functional strategy, both in relation to business development and operational development.
* Analyze operational processes and identify areas for improvement, efficiency gains, and cost reduction.
* Develop and implement operational plans, policies, and procedures to ensure smooth and streamlined business operations.
* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective measures.
* Together with our product portfolio managers conduct comprehensive market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify potential business opportunities.
Your profile
You have a combination of business skills, analytical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong interpersonal skills. A solid foundation in financial principles and project management is also an important profile for this role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret complex data.
• Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid understanding of financial principles and budget management.
• Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools.
Location and travel
This position is located in Örebro. Occasional travel is required.
