As a Collection Analyst within the Analytics department, you will perform analysis of big data and present recommendations to collection management and managers in order to make data driven decisions that improves the business. You will ensure that our internal and external collaborations and partnerships as well as processes are continuously improved. You are developing and monitoring KPIs, assisting in the debt sales and write off processes. Within your role you will act as a stakeholder in and drive requests towards both internal and external partners.
Who are you?
Ideally you have a bachelor's degree in economics, finance or equivalent and have experience from working with similar tasks, preferably within a finance department. You are a confident user of Excel, PowerPoint and SQL. If you have experience from working with VBA and/or Python, it is considered as a qualification.
As a person you are - above all - very structured and well-organized. You are communicative and enjoy having contact with various functions and roles. For you, "change" is not a scary thing - in fact you get motivated by changing things for the better. You are analytical, have no problem handling ad hoc tasks, and take pride in always delivering high quality on time. Lastly, you are a genuine team player.
