The offer
As a Business Analyst in Group Functions Information & Reporting (GFIR) you will be part of a dedicated unit working in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
In the GFIR unit in Nordea we have the mission to develop and maintain common information and reporting through unified processes, organisation and platform. You will be part of the Business Development team within GFIR, a highly skilled team where you will work in a positive and developing environment that provides room for professional growth.
Your main responsibilities will be:
• Prioritise and describe product backlog which reflects stakeholder's requirements
• Business driver or Solution Matter Expert in projects and for improvements
• Sign-off of functional designs and data quality tests ensuring correct implementation of business requirements and ensure alignment to business architecture and work in accordance with agile development models
• Provide end user support to customers in Group Functions and Business Areas
• Team up and communicate with stakeholders across Nordea when implementing changes, assisting training and end user documentation.
You will work together with our stakeholders, the regulatory framework owners, as well as with our IT department. The role is based in Stockholm, and some travel is expected.

Your background:
• Academic degree in finance, mathematics, statistics or engineering
• Experience from working with data analysis, and relevant tools like SQL and SAS
• Experience of driving different initiatives with international colleagues within the banking
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written and preferably experience of working with distributed teams
• Understanding of capital, regulatory or credit risk reporting requirements (as BASEL, FINREP, COREP, FATCA, CRS or AnaCredit) is an advantage.
