Swedbank, in a strategic alliance with FNZ, is currently transforming our savings platform to deliver an innovative, efficient, and customer-focused experience. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be instrumental in this transformation, providing critical insights and analysis to guide our journey of implementing a new savings platform for our business.
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
• Business Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis to inform strategic decisions, ensuring alignment with our transformation goals.
• Consultancy and Collaboration: Leverage your consulting background to facilitate effective collaboration between Swedbank and FNZ, ensuring project objectives are clearly understood and met.
• Change Management Support: Assist in managing the transition process, embracing change practices to ensure compliance.
• Stakeholder Communication: Engage with various stakeholders to convey analytical findings, offer recommendations, and align on project objectives.
• Risk Assessment: Proactively identify and evaluate risks associated with transformation initiatives, advising on mitigation strategies.
• Documentation and Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and documents capturing key analysis and insights.
• Coordination with IT and Business Teams: Work closely with IT and business units to ensure that project requirements are precisely defined and met.
What is needed in this role:
• Experienced Professional: 2-4 years of experience in business analysis, preferably with a background in management or technology consulting.
• Analytical Acumen: Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Collaborative Skills: Experience in working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners, preferably in technology or financial services.
• Financial Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the financial sector, including its regulatory environment and technological trends.
• Communication Proficiency: Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with various stakeholders.
• Adaptability and Problem-Solving: Agile in adapting to new challenges and skilled in identifying and resolving issues.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or finance (or a compelling reason for not having one).
• Fluency in both Swedish and English (written and oral).
