About this opportunity
Inbound Supply is Ericsson's central organization managing the inbound supply network! Our responsibilities include driving and securing material for all Ericsson factories, material hubs, and contract manufacturers from over 300 suppliers all over the world. Our ability to quickly acquire insights and take accurate and timely decisions to secure and invest in material short term and long term gives a competitive edge and is a significant contributor to Ericsson's sales and profit.
We are now looking for a business analyst to join our global Inbound Supply team based in Kista!
As Business Analyst you will assess business processes and related data points and identify improvement areas, both of operational and strategic nature. Guide the organization in taking decision, actions, and make priorities based on facts and data, increase the degree of automation in analytics and decision-making, and provide conclusions and recommendations to management for strategic directions. You will also perform requirements analysis with partners and cooperate with process managers and data engineers to deliver, optimize, and implement solutions.
One part of the responsibility is to perform weekly or monthly analysis & reporting and connect with partners. A second part is to extend and develop our use of state-of-the-art digital tools for analytics and in operations. You will also propose, engage in, and drive various projects and improvements of ways of working and tools in collaboration with colleagues within our large global supply chain organization and other functions at Ericsson.
What you will do
Proactively analyze results, trends, plans and other data to find areas for improvement in terms of inventory, cost, supply chain resilience, and material flows
Conduct informative ad-hoc analysis to investigate ongoing or one-off operational challenges to build and present conclusions, recommendations, and to take decisions
Evaluate business processes, challenge, provide new insights, and drive or participate in project to improve efficiency, teamwork, and customer value
Manage digitalization and automation initiatives and other process improvement activities related to supply chain, inventory management, forecasting, planning and analytics. Including projects and short terms tasks, as well as researching external sources and benchmarks.

You will bring
At least 7 years proven experience from analytics or supply chain and logistics
Experience of analyzing data and information, preferably using visualization/self-service analysis software such as Qlik, Tableau, Power-BI or similar
Experience to continuously work with improvements of process & tools
Ability and interest to take initiatives and drive actions
Experience in developing new, and challenge old, processes and procedures, and an interest in innovation and change
Ability to work independently, including task coordination and decision making, as well as participating and leading in a team environment
Experience from supply chain management, procurement, and/or inventory management is an advantage
A university degree in Engineering / Business or equivalent working experience
