Inter IKEA Group brings together three areas: Retail Concept, Range and Supply. Together we work constantly to improve the IKEA home furnishing offer and make it more accessible for the many people.
This position is based in Supply Area North which is a part of IKEA Supply and is responsible for different business units across the IKEA value chain. The role of IKEA Supply is to supply the IKEA range at the lowest total cost, making high quality available to the customer under good social and environmental conditions.
We are now looking to recruit a Business Administrator.
As our new colleague and Business Administrator, you will simultaneously be handling several varying tasks and your colleagues will count on your support in their day-to-day operations to run smoothly. You will secure that our administrative routines are lean and simple, as well as communicated and followed by all co-workers in the department. This position will also be involved in Risk agenda and Safety & Security processes both locally and globally.
The position is located in Älmhult, Sweden.
Your main responsibilities as Business Administrator are:
• Ensuring the administrative information flow and routines
• Securing efficient safety & security routines locally and globally, and contribute to the risk management agenda.
• General introduction to new co-workers within the company
• Coordinating and organizing common meetings
• Being part of ensuring a Great Place to Work and a good working environment
• Being involved in the coordination of rebuilding's and renovations in the office
Furthermore, with the support of the matrix, you will be contributing to the development of guidelines and common ways of working. You will be acting as an ambassador for IKEA and Supply when meeting co-workers in different situations.
We are looking for a service-minded administrator with a strong passion for people. You enjoy the coordinating role and providing for the needs of many while supporting the business and in performing your administrative tasks. You have strong communication skills, are able to make fast decisions and strong in building relationships with people around you. As a person you take initiative and have the courage to question and challenge.
Since IKEA Supply Services Sweden AB is a truly global environment, with colleagues from all over the world, you need to be fluent in English.
