We are looking for a Business Administrative Assistant to our customer in Gothenburg for a consulting assignment.
Work description
We are looking for a competent Administrative assistant to provide personalized administrative support in a well-organized manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis with Senior Director Engineering responsible for the Learning and Shopping experience of buying products online. It will be a variety of tasks as well as support other leaders with calendar bookings and support.
What you 'll do
You will be responsible for business correspondence and calendar management, requiring interaction with both internal and external business relations, and coordinate a variety of meetings and events. Record, type, and distribute meeting minutes. Make travel arrangements and other administrative tasks.
About you
You have excellent communication skills and a pro-active approach towards the assignment of being an Assistant. It is also important to enjoy a high paced environment and to have the ability to sometimes work under time pressure. We see that you pride yourself in your work, you like to bring energy and a sense of fun to your work. You also pay attention to detail, love to multitask, and work on different projects all at once. While also fostering positive working relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization and across all functions. We also need you to have the ability to handle confidential information.
For this position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience as an administrative assistant, office coordinator, or another relevant role. You also need to be fluent in English. Ideally, you have a flexible schedule - you 'll sometimes need to be available at unexpected hours and at short notice. You also need to be tech-savvy and able to learn new digital tools when needed.
