Join our Talent Acquisition organization to become an important part of our total recruitment operation. As part of our team you will bring about the most valuable resources, temporarily reinforcing our organization for the success of Volvo Car Group 's undertakings.
We are setting up a brand new, in-house Consultant Recruitment Centre, with the mission to successfully operate all external consultant hiring's in the Swedish operation. The operational team of close to 20 professionals are working with consultant hiring and all related services alongside with business optimization from both competence and financial perspectives. We are starting up a brand new internal business and with that there is a unique opportunity for you to have strong influence on the very job you are about to apply for.
As Business Account Specialist you will become responsible for fulfilling the consultant recruitments within one hiring cluster (account) within the Volvo Car Organization. Through your expertise in matching requirements and supply of specific competences, together with negotiation skills, your contribution will make a great difference to achieving targets regarding supply of competence and capacity as well as financial performance. As our accounts cover major parts of Volvo Car group we are looking for individuals bringing different competence areas of expertise to the team.
Main responsibilities
• Understand the required competence and the hiring cluster (account).
• Understand the market of supply.
• Successfully execute the matching process.
• Negotiations and successfully enable business together with external suppliers.
• Demonstrate and foster the business conduct expected across your account.
• Contribute in and execute on business performance objectives.
Required qualifications
• Relevant experience supporting your ability to unaided fulfil both the matching process and professional business conduct.
• Business acumen.
• Bachelor degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Supply Chain Management or other relevant area.
• Experience in Recruitment and/or Consultant Management
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
