UMA Workspace is Technopolis' network of coworking spaces. UMA offers shared workspace and service solutions for small and large companies in central locations in the Nordic and Baltic Sea region. In our workspaces customers can work efficiently and flexibly, either in the privacy of their own serviced offices or as part of our open working community. As a Community Manager you are the heart of UMA Götgatsbacken and/or Solna Strand the primary contact person for the local UMA members and other customers. Your primary responsibility is to take care of the day-to-day business in the dedicated UMA location and to ensure excellent service quality and customer satisfaction. The role is very diverse and requires great organizational and problem-solving skills and independent approach to work.

Community Manager has an active role in every day service delivery and selling services to current and potential customers. She/he is responsible for member onboarding process, organizing local community events as well as for social media and marketing activities in co-operation with relevant Group functions. In addition, responsibilities include management and development of relationships with local service partners and vendors such as catering.

Ideally you have a degree in business or service and 3- 5 years' work experience from an equivalent role within business services. Experience required from working with outsourced partners is seen as an advantage. You have excellent ICT skills and can quickly adapt to new technology. You are fluent in Swedish as well as in English. Experience from customer service is required.

In order to be successful, you are customer-focused and make customers feel pampered and welcome. You're a self-starter who will take on any challenge immediately, determined to find a solution. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good understanding of business and a results-driven attitude is essential.
