The Company group's main investments are within aviation, tourism and leisure in addition to distribution of tourism products. The company has a long legacy in the aviation industry that stretches as far back as to the mid 1940's. Braganza is owned by Per G. Braathen and his immediate family.
Braathens Regional Airlines has around 2,2 million domestic passengers annually in Sweden, mostly business travel, and has a market share of around 30 %. According to Svenskt Kvalitetsindex (Swedish Quality Index, EPSI Rating), Braathens' had most satisfied customers within Swedish aviation in 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019!
Back in 2009, the airline was the first passenger airline in the world to become completely environmentally certified by ISO 14001 and in 2019 the airline became the first to carbon offset all carbon dioxide emissions without any extra charges for passengers. Since the post-pandemic reestablishment, Braathens Regional Airlines is fully determined to be at the forefront of sustainable air travel. In 2022 Braathens Regional Airlines has been one of the first airlines in the world to launch SAF included tickets and continually work towards the goal to reach net zero for domestic flights in 2030, and for international flights in 2045. We are delighted to announce that we are seeking Current/Experienced A320-family Flight Captains and First Officers, to be based in Malmö, Sweden. Braathens Regional Airlines are beyond excited to be able to announce a partnership with VING, providing our airline with a strong position within the charter segment. Braathens Regional Airlines will be conducting charter flights from regional airports in Sweden, Norway and Denmark.
We are now looking for candidates who are eager to join a company that is known for its high standard and service delivery. We are recruiting Direct Entry Captains, and First Officers to fly our Airbus A320-family for our base in Malmö, Sweden. Due to the nature of the charter operation, you can expect to be scheduled away from base on a regular basis.

Requirements
Valid residence and work permit without restrictions within EU
Current type rating and/or experience on A320-family
Valid EASA Medical Class 1
Valid EU CPL or ATPL license
ICAO English 5 or higher
Good knowledge in at least one Scandinavian language
