Currently, we are looking for an Operational Head within laboratory science and biomedical technology. Your work will planning and leading Delfin Vård strategy to establish within laboratory analysis business. Your role will involve inspiring our coworkers and customers with your knowledge and experience. Your work will include consulting to customers, providing support in setting up laboratory routines, training personnel and be able to teach them from real-life experience of setting up laboratories from scratch as well as advancing established medical laboratories.

You should have a minimum of 20 years' experience within the fields of clinical pathology, semen analysis, hematology, bio chemistry, blood bank and organ donation analysis. You are a driven medical laboratory scientist/technician who can think strategically and make wise decisions for our customers to treat their patients better. You focus to attain benefits for the patient, our customer, co-workers and for Delfin Vård. You are pedagogical, patient, meticulous and hard-working. You either speak Swedish fluently or your have started studying Swedish language already and have a penchant for learning languages quickly. You can document case studies from your medical laboratory experience and illustrate them with examples in your training sessions for co-workers and healthcare professionals. You are cool-headed and quickly command respect by putting your skills, knowledge and experience to use.
You are familiar with Microsoft Office and is at ease with presentation applications such as PowerPoint.

Varaktighet, arbetstid
Location of work is Stockholm and your work includes some travelling within Sweden. It is a plus if you have a driving license for cars but is not a requirement.
