In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
• Ensure the quality, stability and security of our channels, infrastructure and daily banking products that our customers and business demand.
• As Business Information Officer (BIO) be part of the Digital Banking & IT management team and lead a unit that will coordinate, govern and support Digital Banking & IT in securing an optimal development and maintenance agenda that are aligned with business strategies as well as internal and external processes, regulations and standards.
• Drive the change agenda for technology and ways of working within Digital Banking & IT, in alignment with the Group's Tech Strategy and Target Architecture, with an agile mindset and the business outcome as guidance.
• Lead and manage an experienced team of specialists with the task to support Head of Digital Banking & IT in continuously tracking, communicating, and reporting the progress and health status of the unit's Investment Portfolio including outcome and value realization.
• Be part of the Enterprise BIO Management team working across the Swedbank Group, ensuring efficient collaboration and synergies between units to ensure optimal output.
What is needed in this role:
• We are looking for an experienced leader with a solid understanding of current and future business models and technologies. You have the ability to set the strategic direction and define target pictures, while ensuring execution and efficient operations.
• You are a proactive, forward leaning, and natural leader that takes responsibility. Structure and having the "house in order" are the basis for your work.
• You are an outstanding networker and communicator with a proven ability to ensure delivery and drive change, report and communicate - both towards top management and the organization as a whole
• You have in depth understanding of IT operations as well as development and transformation and understands the "ins and outs" of business-driven IT, in particular how agile principles and frameworks work on a large-scale enterprise level.
• Experience from working in matrix organizations and ability to combine a holistic view with taking responsibility for detailed deliveries.
