Job Description
Are you passionate about creating cutting-edge retail spaces? The Store Design team at H&M Group is looking for a talented colleague to help us revolutionize our physical stores using Building Information Modeling (BIM).
In our Store Design team, we provide efficient tools for designing, sharing, and visualizing physical stores.
Our mission is to attract customers and boost sales through well-designed retail spaces. We empower store designers, construction teams, and stakeholders by offering a seamless platform that bridges the gap between design and execution to deliver a store that reflects the brand's essence, enhances the customer experience, and optimizes efficiency.
What We Are Seeking: A BIM expert to lead the implementation of a robust BIM (Building Information Modeling) process in collaboration with H&M's Product team. Your role involves supporting Construction by implementing best practices for BIM, working closely with supporting the Store Design processes. As a key player, maintaining "best practice" implementation for long-term sustainability is crucial. You'll collaborate with IT to ensure the solution is built correctly.
The ideal candidate is socially adept, possesses strong communication skills, and thrives in a collaborative environment. Join our technical team located in Stockholm and Bangalore, supporting H&M Group with efficient tools and processes for designing, sharing, and visualizing our physical stores.

Qualifications
Required Skills
Solid BIM(Building Information Modeling) competence
Experience in creating and maintaining a BIM execution plan(BEP).
Solid competence around ACC and preferred process flows within the solution.
Ability to be in office a couple of days of week with the team since role requires coordination across several stakeholders.
Relevant experience from similar projects/implementations.
Working in Construction company with similar assignments.
Fluent in English

Desired Skills
Working with companies with similar size and complexity as H&M.
Implemented BIM processes in Autodesk Construction Cloud and Revit for Retail Company.
Development competence with experience working with API:s
Azure Development competence
Solid competence in Autodesk Platform Services (formerly Forge)
Revit Competence


Personal Characteristics
Strong in communication both vocally and in writing.
Structured and planned in daily work being able to drive your work independently and in collaboration with different user groups and with the IT team.
Straight forward and open minded.
Team Player

Additional Information
This is a full-time permanent position, starting as soon as possible according to agreement. The role is an on-site position, based in our office in Stockholm, Sweden.
