Job Description
The Store Design team at H&M Group is seeking a new colleague to support us creating innovative and functional stores for our customers.
Store Design focus on offering efficient tools for designing, sharing, and visualizing our physical stores. Our aim is to attract customers and increase sales through well-designed retail spaces.
We Empower store designers, construction teams, and stakeholders by providing a seamless platform for creating and maintaining innovative and functional stores. Our goal is to bridge the gap between design and execution, ensuring that every store reflects the brand's essence, enhances the customer experience, and optimizes store efficiency.

What We Are Seeking: We are looking for an application expert to guide H&M Construction and Store Design in implementing a solid process for BIM(Building information Modeling) in collaboration with H&M Product team.
Your role involves supporting Construction by implementing best practices for BIM(Building Information Modeling) in collaboration with Store Designer. Additionally, you'll provide knowledge and support to our team, ensuring we support the Store Design process at H&M Group over the whole process.
As a key player, maintaining "best practice" implementation for long-term sustainability is crucial. You'll collaborate with IT to ensure the solution is built correctly.
The person we are looking for is socially adept, possess strong communication skills, and thrive in a collaborative environment.
You will work within a technical team situated in Stockholm and Bangalore that supports H&M group with efficient tools and processes for designing, sharing, and visualizing our physical stores.
Responsibilities(among others):
Design H&M BIM processes together with Construction and Store Design.
Support Construction in Global rollout of the solution.
Educate users in decided processes.
Support projects in their BIM processes
Work together with the team to meet the team vision for H&M.



You will be part of a competent cross competent team working on fulfilling our mission.

Qualifications
Required Skills
Solid BIM(Building Information Modeling) competence
Experience in creating and maintaining a BIM execution plan(BEP).
Solid competence around ACC and preferred process flows within the solution.
Ability to be in office a couple of days of week with the team since role requires coordination across several stakeholders.
Relevant experience from similar projects/implementations.
Working in Construction company with similar assignments.
Fluent in English

Desired Skills
Working with companies with similar size and complexity as H&M.
Implemented BIM processes in Autodesk Construction Cloud and Revit for Retail Company.
Development competence with experience working with API:s
Azure Development competence
Solid competence in Autodesk Platform Services (formerly Forge)
Revit Competence


Personal Characteristics
Strong in communication both vocally and in writing.
Structured and planned in daily work being able to drive your work independently and in collaboration with different user groups and with the IT team.
Straight forward and open minded.
Team Player

Additional Information
This is a full-time permanent position, starting as soon as possible according to agreement. The role is an on-site position, based in our office in Stockholm, Sweden.
