We are a family of 6: Martin, who is Danish, and Ida, Swedish, Adrian "AJ", born on 2 April, Christoffer, 13, Louise, 17, and Alexander, 20. Alexander lives at home in Denmark, Louise in Roskilde and Christoffer is moving to the US this fall to play golf. We speak Swedish, Danish and English. We are very easy going, we like good conversations and being outdoors. We have our own company within executive search. We're spending the summer in Denmark but we will be spending most of our time in Stockholm where we have an apartment in old town and will likely be spending a week per month in Denmark at our seaside farm by the Roskilde fjord around 30 min from Kastrup and Copenhagen.
We need YOU to help us as time is simply not enough. Below is a list of things we need help with. It would be our strong preference to get one person who can help us with everything but we can get help from others for the "nice to haves".
1) Baby-sitting our little AJ (must have)
2) Preparing quick meals, errands, grocery shopping (must have)
3) Cleaning 78m2 apartment (nice to have)
4) Accompanying us to Denmark: baby-sitting, cleaning 450 m2 farm, preparing quick meals, driving, errands, lawn clipping and easier garden work, grocery shopping (nice to have)
5) Office Manager / Personal Assistant in our company: arrange travels, emails, database etc (nice to have)
With little AJ we believe you will be present, warm, calm yet active and representing sound values. With surrounding work we would like you to take a holistic perspective; to "tune in" and to "see" and to take the initiative what we need to get done, to check when needed, to do it well and right also the first time. You enjoy working, are pragmatic and fast, able to take ownership and to finalize the many things we need to get done, devotion and to walk the extra mile when needed. When it comes to conducting work in our Company you are service oriented, have high attention to details and a strive for excellence.
We believe this would be a great opportunity for someone who strives to do a good job. It can be someone who is younger and is curious to learn and to come somewhere in life but it can also be someone older. A likeable authentic personality and the right attitude is key. We would want someone for a longer period of time though at least staying with us until June 2015.
You will need to have prior work experience and preferably with babies. As you will be a most important person for our family we will want to take references. In Stockholm we would prefer that you have your own place. However, we can work it out as there is an extra room with your own entrance and shower. At the farm there is an extra room and there will be a guest house.
