hela Sverige You would join one of our product teams as a Backend Software Engineer on our journey to become a world leading Sportsbook provider. You will be involved in all parts of the development cycle, from the initial idea to get it up and running live.
We are passionate about Open Source and the majority of our services are written in Ruby, Erlang and Elixir. Other technologies we use are PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ, Elastic, Redis and Memcached. We let the need tailor the solution and choose the right tools for the job. Our performance targets are very ambitious and you often need to think outside the box in order to take us there. You probably have several years experience of various complex systems. You have experience in other similar languages, such as Ruby, GO, Python, Perl or Java etc.

We think that you are deeply passionate about software development and want to grow as a Backend Software Engineer. You love being part of a team, you are good at taking responsibility and you are a good communicator. The role
Key responsibilities:
Be involved in all parts of the development cycle, from the initial idea to the design and creation
Working closely with the team lead and team members to collaborate and influence new development
Developing and evolving our solutions
Ensuring performance and quality of our applications and tools
Sharing knowledge and best practices within the organization
About you
We're looking for someone with the following skills, knowledge and experience:
Several years experience in development of various complex systems
Want to grow as a developer and a team member
You have documented experience in Erlang and Elixir
Experience with Linux
Knowledge of *nix systems
Have good communication skills, committed and responsive
Enjoy working according to SCRUM in an agile environment
Are passionate about what you do and you take ownership
Good English skills, oral and written
