As a member of the Assortment Department at Fyndiq you’ll work with the products we sell on Fyndiq.se. You’ll be in touch with our consumers as well as the merchants selling on the site regarding the product assortment.
One part of this position is sample reviewing of products. This to assure its quality, but also to make sure that they comply with our regulations, the picture of the product is clear and that the description of the product is informative and well written. We do not sell all kinds of products at Fyndiq and it is the Assortment department who is responsible that we follow the legal regulations.
A second part of the position is contact with our consumers regarding assortment inquiries. This could be everything from a customer having questions regarding a specific product to another customer wondering if we sell some kind of certain products. You will also have contact with the merchants selling their products on the site.
To succeed in this position
We think it’s important that you have work experience to succeed in the role as a member in the Assortment Department, hopefully from work with administration and service.
Since a part of this position is reviewing of products you need to have a strong sense of the German language and an eye for details. You are comfortable working with a computer as a main tool and pick easily up new ways of working. As a person you are open minded och service oriented and you feel motivated of working in a innovative company where we always try to explore new ways of doing things.
