Responsibilities
As Associate Producer, we want you to contribute with good comprehension of all aspects of project management to successfully assist in managing and coordinating the complete production process! We work very agile and it is a plus if you have experience from agile organizations. What other things do you need to be good at? Changes occur often so innovation and enjoying such an atmosphere is important as well as always keeping the end product and the big picture in mind.
Maintain production schedule
• Ensure deliveries on time and according to specification.
• Track task progression on a day to day basis.
• Facilitate communication regarding deadlines and project planning within the team.
• Keep stake holders up to date on progress.
Required skills and experience
You have probably worked as a project manager in a software development environment. You are experienced with delivering projects on time and you have probably seen several projects out the door. As a person you are organized, structured and reliable. Ideally, we want you to have experience from working with agile and scrum methodologies.
• Must be organized and detail oriented with the ability to drive short and long term tasks.
• Good knowledge of game software industry and trends.
• Must be driven and enjoy working in a fast paced environment proactively.
• 3-5 years experience of project management.
• Documented experience of leading teams of more than 5 people.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills (English).
• Technical academic background and/or business degree
Meriting
• Experience of leading programmers
• Experience of Scrum or other kinds of agile methods.
