You have to help develop a strategy for local and national church planting.
You will oversee and recruit resources and people for the church plants
You will help develop training and releasing structure for leaders.
You will help initiate and develop churches with a New Life DNA throughout Stockholm and Sweden.
You have experience in heading up church plants and have developed churches in Western countries; you have cross-cultural experience and have theological training. You will work under our senior pastor and are expected to be pro-active in your approach.
