hela Sverige General Solutions, 9540, offers resources and deliveries within support, maintenance and development for applications, products and services, including the business administration area. The Business Administration part within GS is the non SAP part. General Applications consist of solutions that are not related to a specific process.
One of the groups in General Solutions is dept 9542 - Document and License Management. The group is delivering Document Management Services and License Management the Volvo Group and external customers such as The City of Stockholm (Stockholm Stad) and Volvo Cars Corp. (VCC).
Assignment Leader
We are now looking for a skilled professional to take on the role as Assignment Leader for our License Management team that manages delivery towards the Volvo Group. As an Assignment Leader you will be working in a team together with other Assignment Leaders, Technical Responsible? s and the Product Manager.
Your task will be to continue the ongoing work to with license management and application rental. Also contribute on the development and optimization of our internal processes. You will work together with the other team members with ongoing applications and projects in order to secure a solid delivery.
A part of the assignment will also be financial follow up and reporting to the Product Manager for the licenses that you work with.
In order to perform well and enjoy this assignment you need to have a broad IT-background and strong leadership skills. Since the delivery team will consist of global resources you also need to like being a part of a distributed team of colleagues working in an international environment.
Your profile:
• You have broad IT background and long experience from handling deliveries to customers
• Preferable you have experience from working with License Management, application rental and product follow up.
• You are a team player with good leadership skills and feel comfortable in using them when aiming for cost, quality, efficiency and time targets
• You like structure and are solution oriented with a holistic view always aiming for customer satisfaction
• Your knowledge and skills makes you feel confident in managing deliveries with multi-functional teams in a global organization and a complex stakeholder structure
• You also have a very strong social competence and are perceived as service minded - always striving to ensure delivery in accordance with the customer's requirements and expectations
General qualifications and skills:
• Academic qualifications within the relevant field
• Several years of participating in IT projects with high demands
• Broad IT background
• Strong Communication skills
• Proven abilities to communicate and establish good customer relations
• Communicative team-player
• Proactive and with a strong drive to continuously challenge and improve
• Excellent command of spoken and written Swedish and English
• Work experience as an Assignment Leader, Customer Service Manager, Project manager or equivalent
• Service minded - customer focus
• Courage and ability to communicate and explain the content of the services within the agreement/portfolio from a delivery perspective
• Capacity to execute against set targets
