As an ASIC Backend Engineer, you will be responsible for physical implementation of many different functional blocks in one or several subsystems. This involves managing tools for different steps of an implementation flow, such as RTL synthesis, place&route (P&R), parasitics extraction and static timing analysis. Our tools suite is based on tools from Cadence Design Systems.
The Backend Engineer works independently with fellow backend engineers and designers to reach backend closure of blocks and subsystem.

Candidate profile:
Completed MScEE or equivalent
Previous experiences in the area of logic synthesis is a requirement
Previous experience in the area of Place & Route is a requirement
Experience from Cadence tools suite is a benefit
Previous experience of DRC/LVS and chip tape outs is a benefit
Located in the Stockholm area or willing to relocate
