Area Visual Merchandise Manager
Job Description
As an Area Visual Manager, you will be responsible for optimising the visual presentation for the stores in your Area in line with the global and country guidelines. It is your responsibility to ensure we have the most inviting & exciting stores in order to enhance the customer experience, maximising selling & strengthen the H&M brand.
Key responsibilities:
Lead by example, always driven by the values and the ambition to make our people and business grow.
Build and maintain inspiring stores, strengthening the H&M Brand and driving sales.
Coaching & inspiring your colleagues about Fashion & Trends daily.
Deliver the visual goals & strategy within your area in line with your Country Visual goals & Area goals.
Securing & quality assuring all visual training within your Area.
Identifying talent and supporting development and succession within the Visual Department.
Follow-up and analyse key KPI's within your Area team and stores and initiate actions to increase profit and support the commercial planning.

Qualifications
We believe you are:
Previous experience in an Area Visual Merchandise Manager role.
Able to influence others through strong leadership & self-motivation.
Able to drive results & inspire others through strong communication.
Motivated to keep up to date with current Fashion styling & trends.
Able to be analytical & plan strategically to drive your goals forward.

Additional information
This is a local contract based in our Area Office in Stockholm, Kungsgatan 49.
You will need to be flexible to travel throughout all the stores within your area.
