Volvo Penta Market Unit Nordic within the Industrial segment is now looking for you who has a strong own drive and entrepreneurial personality. You love to build success by always putting your colleagues and customers in focus.
Job description
Your main target is to increased sales and profitability for existing and new customers in the Nordic countries. You believe in the importance of understanding the market; customers, competitors, market shares, etc. and to interact with customers to understand their business and their requirements. By initiate and perform activities to grow market share with new and existing accounts, plan, forecast and follow up sales and be active in marketing activities such as exhibitions and events we help our customers reach their business targets. Because that is actually what's counts in the end. In addition to this you will also negotiate commercial agreements and give input and follow up customer's requirements to central functions. Because it is only together we can reach success.
By the way. We hope you love traveling? The position is based in Gothenburg, Sweden or Vantaa, Finland and you will have the privilege to travel within the role. You will report to the sales manager for Nordic-, Baltic- and Benelux states.

• Relevant technical degree for example from Mechanical engineering
• A successful track record in industrial sales, account management or project sales is an advantage
• Result- and team oriented personality with excellent communication skills
• Fluent in Finnish and English is a prerequisite, Swedish is an asset
