The TePe range of interdental brushes, toothbrushes and dental sticks is developed in collaboration with dental experts with the aim of promoting good oral health. All design, development and production takes place at the headquarters in Malmö. The products are marketed by subsidiaries in seven countries and distributors in over 60 countries, and available primarily through dental practices, pharmacies and retail. TePe has 320 employees and turnover of MSEK 700 (2017).
In our expansive company you will work with our dental products on the international market. One of your most important tasks is to develop sales through existing distributors, but also to identify and establish new distributors in different export markets outside the Nordic region. Information and support are important elements of the sales process. You will have close contact with distributors and together you will develop, execute and monitor market plans. You will analyse and evaluate market data and ROI on sales activities. You will as well, together with members of our Odontology Team, develop and execute activities for the dental industry.
You will collaborate closely with your colleagues in the Export team and in the Marketing Department. You will report to our Export Manager.
Travelling (approx. 60 overnight stays per year) and international contacts will become part of your everyday life.
As a person you are business orientated, committed and effective. You work purposefully and structured and are driven by building long-term relationships. You are for sure a team player. You have postgraduate education in for example, marketing, business, economics or similar. You have documented experience of selling through distributors and preferably multi-year experience of international sales. A second foreign language in addition to English is very meritorious.
