• To consultatively engage in existing business and win new business from net new clients.
• Create and execute go to market plan to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
• To develop in-depth understanding of HCL's service and solutions portfolio.
• Design and execute an effective go-to-market strategy for developing business in Sweden.
• Demonstrate pursuit rigor and planning by preparing and publishing appropriate and timely go-to-market plan updates, prospect communications, campaign plans, proposals, pursuit plans etc.
• Provide accurate information/reports to Reporting Manager within agreed time scales.
• Schedule and run periodic sales and performance review meetings
• Keep up to date with customer and competitive intelligence by Understanding market trends and its relevance in order to seed appropriate newer HCLs offerings
• Develop and manage excellent working partnerships with alliance partners and intermediaries relevant to your marketplace and services.
• Collaborating with marketing team and internal key stakeholders for Effective communication to build branding
Qualifications
• Minimum of 12+ years of experience in selling/closing deals in IT Services with last few years in new business creation.
• Experience working within a large, matrixed company environment.
• Experience with C-Level client relationship building and relationship management.
• Proven ability to operate within a team-oriented environment.
• Demonstrated leadership, teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting
• High energy level, ability to work well in demanding client environments.
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership, problem solving, and decision making abilities.
• Unquestionable professional integrity, credibility and character.
