We are looking for a Global Sales Manager, Fiberline

Job description:
Our office in Sundsvall is looking for a Global Sales Manager for our Fiberline process area, including brown stock washing, oxygen delignification and bleaching, delivered to the Pulp & Paper industry.

As a Global Sales Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing our international customer relations. You will also be responsible for the sales process from enquiry to final negotiation, leading the sales team to develop; process concept, quotation documentation, presenting our offer to customers and taking part in negotiations, as well as supporting our local area organization. The Global Sales Manager reports to the Manager of Sales in Sundsvall and is responsible for continuous status update of the active sales projects. You will work in the office in Sundsvall.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, we believe you have the following background, competence and abilities:
• A solid technical education, bachelor or master in engineering, or equivalent experience
• Very strong emphasis on the ability to communicate and present effectively in English
(written and oral)
• Customer focused and service-minded
• Commercial mindset and a great interest in negotiations
• Good communication and interpersonal skills enabling you to build and maintain good relationships with both external and internal clients
• Determined and passionate to deliver results both individually and as part of a team
• Experience from teamwork is essential
• Good ability to prioritize, organize and plan your teams work
• Genuine interest in technology
• Innovative and able to see new opportunities
• Willingness and ability to travel
• Can adopt to other cultures and people globally
• Experience from the pulp and paper industry
• Experience from project sales work is a strong merit

Personal skills will have great impact in our evaluation and final selection for this position.
