hela Sverige As a Cross-Functional Team Leader (XFTL), you'll focus on nurturing, communicating, and implementing an operational plan for completing engineering-based projects. This involves crafting designs, coordinating project timelines, fostering collaboration, and overseeing the production, transportation, installation, testing, and commissioning of new infrastructure, facilities, and equipment.

SKILLS / MINDSET
Effective communication and networking skills
Experience in
TRUCKS & CHASSI IS REQUIRED (SUSPENSION, STEERING, AXLE)
Proficiency in Swedish
Ability to cultivate internal networks
Drive to find collaborative solutions
Capability to grasp technical aspects in product development for Chassi systems (HW)
Understanding of Agile methodology is a plus
