IT Group functions is part of Group Corporate Centre (GCC). The vision of GCC is to be a top European class Corporate Centre enabling the creation of a Great Nordea. Group Capital & Risk IT solution is a part of IT Group Functions. The group is building supporting systems for Nordeas Basel production. Basel production is a monthly production run, to measure the total credit risk in Nordea. The reports are used both externally and internal.
The Basel development project is an ongoing activity, to develop, test and deploy changes to the production flow. Development project is currently including 15 local consultants, and 60 consultants offshore. Project Management and Test lead are located in Stockholm and development and test resources are located in Bangalore, India. The team consists of a very competent crowd and it is a tight working relation between colleauges. The team is very delivery oriented and work with a highly complex area with in the Bank.

In this role you will become a key player in the Project Management based in Stockholm. We see the role as a opportunity for you to take the next step in your career and grow into any of the following positions: Test lead, Program lead, Development lead or Deployment lead. Which position depends on your background and interest.

It will be an introduction period were you learn the content/environment we are working in, before you are placed in any of the lead positions. During this period you will work with the whole project flow; scoping buckets with focus in change requests, follow the change requests thru the development flow, prepare and run system test or the change requests, integration test driven working close with business partner, introduction to program governance and PMO.

Experience and background
In order to be successful you need to have some years’ of experience in IT, including management, perhaps from a consultant role. We expect you to have a higher IT or Economic education as well as a good business understanding.

We are working in a multinational environment with cross-border colleagues and outsourcing partners so a previous experience from a similar environment is an advantage. The business language is English and written and spoken English on professional level is expected. Competencies in building relationships and good communications skills are valued.

Personal qualifications
You are well organized and work productively in an environment where focus on delivering according to deadlines is essential. You have high cognitive skills, and can work with complex issues.
You want to work locally but in an international environment and have a strong drive to learn “bank” credit terms. You have ambitious goals for yourself and want to develop and try different roles. In order to be successful in the role you have to be a team player and delivery oriented with strong leading skills.
