We are looking for a talented application specialist with clinical experience to join our service department in Stockholm, Sweden.
The position is based at our new head office in central Stockholm and entitles fulltime, permanent work.
THE POSITION
The service department at RaySearch is an international team responsible for installation, support and training for customers. We work close to our service departments and distributors in the US, Europe and Asia/Pacific.
As an application specialist you will specialize in our treatment planning system RayStation® with the main tasks to provide customer support and perform training in the system for users, mostly in Europe but also globally. You will assist and guide new customers as well as maintain the long-term relationship with established users. You will also organize and perform application training for distributors and colleagues. Another important task is software demonstrations to potential customers at conferences, site visits and by webinars.
You will be working with problem solving in collaboration with users and RaySearch software developers. You will also provide the development department with feedback and suggested improvements from our users.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
• Medical dosimetrist, Medical physicist or similar
• Clinical experience from a radiotherapy department, particularly from treatment planning
• Excellent English skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to travel in Europe and globally, approximately 50%
Meriting
• Clinical experience from a proton or carbon ion radiotherapy
• Experience of education and training
• Experience of customer support
• Other language skills
PERSONAL PROFILE
We are looking for a radiation dosimetrist or physicist with clinical experience from radiation therapy. If you also have insight in the workflow of a proton or carbon ion treatment facility, it is a plus. You are a good communicator and listener with the ability to identify and understand customer needs. You can quickly adapt to new contexts and appreciate various environments. When faced with a challenge, you look for solutions and are not afraid to take initiative. You are service minded and a good teacher.
