Join our innovative team leading the way in Manufacturing Execution System (MES) solutions at Epiroc. As we expand our MES Support and Maintenance organization, we're now seeking a committed Object Specialist.
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring effective implementation, development, and maintenance of our MES application portfolio.

Manufacturing Execution System (MES) is a new initiative at Epiroc, aligned with Industry 4.0. With our first go-live completed, we have an exciting roadmap for future projects, including new functionalities and site rollouts. We're now focused on expanding our MES Support and Maintenance organization.

Your mission
As an Object Specialist for the Manufacturing Execution System (MES), you will be supporting our businesses and ensuring the efficient use of solutions. Reporting directly to the Manager, you'll be a key member of our team, contributing with knowledge of business use cases and related processes as well as application know-how to efficiently:
* Validate business needs and requirements to ensure all deliverables meet high-quality standards.
* Manage and resolve incidents from business users.
* Engaging with business key/super users regarding MES solution to gather feedback and identify improvements.
* Develop and share best practices and training materials for end users.
* Coordinate and execute validation activities.

Your profile
In this role, you enjoy problem-solving, coordination and see the value in documentation. You are expected to collaborate in global environments and work seamlessly to create a positive atmosphere. You are proactive and service-oriented with end-user focus.
To be successful in this role, you should have a university degree or equivalent working experience. Having manufacturing or production background can be an advantage. You should be confident working Agile. Given the global nature of the role, strong communication skills and fluency in both spoken and written English and Swedish are required.
Location and travel
This position is located in Örebro, Sweden. Occasional travel will be needed.
