IT is a crucial part of this transformation as Scania's success is depending on flexible and efficient IT solutions that support current and future business requirements.
The organizational environment
At our modern department End User Productivity we deliver a wide range of services for the end users at Scania.
Our newly created group Productivity and Business Interface will consist of Service Delivery Managers and Productivity Coaches. In this we will make sure that the Scania business needs are being taken care of. Another focused area for this group is to make sure that our end users are efficient in how to use the tools we are providing via our Productivity coaches.

Your profile
You are an experienced leader who finds work inspiring and rewarding by leading people through change. Your cooperative and communication skills are outstanding and come natural in your everyday activities.
You also
• ensure your team 's ability by developing a self-organized team through coaching, mentoring and feedback
• bring enthusiasm and have the ability to see people and their possibilities
• will create preconditions for the team and enable development of innovative and cost efficient solutions and services which maximize business value
• it is natural for you to create a business plan together with your organization and work on that with a clear focus
• have the experience and courage to challenge existing ways of working and being creative in how you test these ideas
• are a natural servant leader with a passion and understanding for agile culture and ways of working
• have technical knowledge, a strong user centric mindset and are fascinated by how technology can unlock peoples productivity
• your command in English is strong, both verbally and written. Swedish is considered as desirable, but not a requirement

Location
Scania headquarter is located less than 40 km south of Stockholm city. It is easily accessible by regional train, commuter train, bus or car. Scania's own bus line, Scania Job Express, goes from Stockholm city directly to Scania in Sodertalje.
