Aircraft Performance Systems Department – Airport Analysis Group
The principal work for the Aircraft Performance Systems Department consist of calculating maximum take-off/landing weights and to secure safe procedures in case of an engine failure at the airports where our customers has got their operations. This is primarily performed using our in-house developed production tools, but a great deal of manual work is also part of the daily production. The daily work and responsibility areas in the airport analysis group consist of management and interpretation of authority data, updating our customized airport runway and obstacle databases, calculating safe procedures in case of engine failure and calculating maximum performance limitations for the aircrafts. The majority of the work is performed in close co-operation with our customers.
Technical qualifications:
Education in Aeronautical Engineering or
Experience of Airline Operations or
Experience of aircraft performance products or
Flight education on CPL level or equivalent
Personal qualifications:
Team player - Able to work as a team, understand and respect colleagues strengths and weaknesses, and take on leadership role as necessary
Analytical - Able to find solutions based on analysis of tasks and problems
Multi-tasking - Able to take on multiple assignments
Engaged and proactive - Responsible, task and target-driven, flexible, and innovative.
Fluent written and oral English is a prerequisite.
