Dina arbetsuppgifterThe Damco Air team in Gothenburg handles the Air shipments for various clients in Sweden and Finland. As an operation manager for the Air department you will have a key responsibility in providing an excellent customer service and operation service to our clients. The Air team consists including yourself of 3 people.
The ideal candidate has the following qualifications:
• Has experience from leading others.
• Has experience from air operation.
• Has great commercial sense. / Is a good businessman.
• Have very good carrier relations.
• Have a passion for development of process improvements.
• Experience from export and/or import logistics.
• Experience from customer service.
• Good communication skills.
• Experience in multitasking.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. Finnish language skills are a big plus.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in the freight forwarding industry.

• A person that take full responsibility for the client in all aspects of service including invoicing and supplier invoice handling.

• Support Field Sales (FS) and Strategic Account sales (SAS) in air procurement.
