You will be involved in a cross-functional environment with the responsibility to drive and maintain Parts branding strategies and policies.
Main Responsibilities
• Set and drive aftermarket branding policy for Volvo CE
• Set aftermarket parts branding requirements for Volvo CE parts
• Develop requirements together with Volvo Group brands and BAs
• Coordinate aftermarket branding activities for Volvo CE parts
• Support machine/component projects within Volvo CE
• Respond to and report any brand infringements against Volvo
• Participate in activities to support development of system support for aftermarket branding follow-up through life cycle

We are looking for an Aftermarket Branding Manager with a strong commercial mindset to join our team in Eskilstuna, Sweden!
This position will give you the opportunity to be part of a highly diverse and truly global team with colleagues around the world. We are responsible for strategies, development, pricing and marketing activities of our Parts portfolios.
WHO ARE YOU?
We are looking for a self-motivated individual with an entrepreneurial mindset and excellent commercial and technical skills. The right candidate possesses a strong drive and an interest for interacting with people in diverse roles from many different cultures. Additionally this candidate needs to have the ability to work on his/her own initiative and correctly prioritize tasks as results will be achieved by taking initiative and influencing the wider Volvo CE organization.
Competences
• Degree in marketing and/or engineering or comparable experience
• Excellent understanding of aftermarket branding impact on margins and market shares
• Proficient in both written and spoken English is required. Other languages are qualifying
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office programs
• Good negotiation and communication skills
• Technical understanding of construction equipment machinery
