Thule Trailers AB, a part of Thule Trailers, is based in Jönköping and develops, manufactures and distributes trailers of brands Fogelsta, Brenderup and Thule. We are 85 employees at this site.
Job Description
To our business area Thule Trailers we are serching for an energetic and structured After Sales Support. As After Sales Support you will be one important person to drive and develop the after sales business in order to increase customer satisfaction when doing business with Thule Trailers. The position will be placed at our prodouction site in Jönköping.
Responsibilities includes:
• Responsible for maintaining and developing the web-shop for spare parts and accessories for our trailer program
• Administration of the product database link to the web-shop by adding new items, product information, images etc.
• Further roll out of the web-shop in Denmark, Norway and Germany
• Coordinate marketing plans by creating marketing material and follow up activities
Requirements
• University degree in Economics or equal education
• Read and write fluently in English and Scandianvian languishes is preferable
• Advanced skills in Excel
• Self-going and willingness to develop yourself and others
• Structured and organized
This position is temporary (one year) to cover maternity leave and based in Jönköping, Sweden. You will be reporting to After Sales Manager, +46 70 202 34 70, who is able to answer more detailed questions concering the position.
